Individual counseling

Living and working abroad can be rewarding—but it also comes with pressure.

Adapting to a new culture, performing in a demanding job, and managing life far from your usual support system can take a toll over time. You might be functioning well on the outside, while feeling stressed, disconnected, or simply tired underneath.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and regain a sense of clarity and balance.

About the Service
Therapy is a focused, supportive space where you can talk openly and make sense of what’s going on, both at work and in your personal life.

With training in Gestalt therapy, education in psychology and being a foreigner myself, I understand the specific challenges that come with international life. Together, we look at what’s currently not working, what matters to you, and how to move forward in a way that is sustainable for you.

What We Can Work On

  • Work-related stress, pressure or burnout
  • Handling anxiety, panic attacks or depression
  • Maintaining boundaries and work–life balance
  • Feelings of isolation despite a busy schedule
  • Existential topics, losing the meaning of life
  • Struggles in relationships

How It Works

We focus on practical insight and awareness, helping you understand patterns in how you think, react, and relate to others. From there, we explore realistic ways to respond differently, both at work and in your personal life. Gestalt therapy focuses on present-moment awareness and real-life situations. My work is dialogical, collaborative and straight forward.

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—just bring what’s on your mind.

Every individual session takes 50 minutes. The session costs 1500 CZK. We can meet each other once per week or every other week. The length of the cooperation depends on the clients needs.

Invitation
You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming. Therapy can also be a way to stay steady, focused, and connected to what matters. Book a session to see if this is the right fit for you.
